微波烧结钛酸锶钡陶瓷材料的介电性能
Dielectric Properties of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 Ceramics Sintered by Microwave
【摘要】 采用碳酸盐固相合成法制备Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)粉体,应用微波烧结技术将粉体烧结成陶瓷。对样品的介电性能进行了测试,研究分析了材料的介电性能,并与传统制备工艺获得的样品进行了性能对比。结果表明:微波烧结成瓷温度和时间较传统制备工艺大大降低,分别为1 300℃和30 min,可以获得晶粒尺寸5μm以下的BST陶瓷;材料的εr变化不大,但tanδ大幅降低。
【Abstract】 The Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST) powders were prepared by conventional carbonates solid phase methods.Obtained powders were sintered by microwave at 1 300℃ for 30 min.Their dielectric properties were tested and compared with the same compositional material prepared by conventional process,The results show that fine grain(<5 μm) can be obtained by microwave sintering and the εr change is not evident,the dielectric loss reduces greatly than conventional processing.
