低阻抗聚苯胺铝电解电容器的研究
Study on Polyaniline Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitor with Low Impedance
【摘要】 采用化学氧化法合成可溶性导电聚苯胺,作为电容器的阴极而取代传统的工作电解液阴极,研制了一种新型导电高分子固体铝电解电容器。其额定工作电压DC6.3V,标称电容量1000μF,tgδ≤0.036(100Hz,+20℃),漏电流IL≤20μA。此种电容器频率-阻抗特性优良,阻抗极低Z≤0.015?(100kHz,+20℃),并具有良好的温度特性和自愈特性。
【Abstract】 The conventional liquid electrolyte was replaced by a chemichally polymerized polyaniline(PAn)as counter-electrode in the new conductive polymer solid aluminium electrolytic capacitor.Measured parameters of the capacitors are :working voltage DC 6.3 V,nominal capacitance 1 000 μF,tgδ≤0.036(100 Hz,+20 ℃),leakage current IL≤15 μA.The capacitor is not only possessed excellent impedance-freqency characteristics(Z≤0.015 ? at 100 kHz,+20℃),but also get flat temperature characteristics and ideal self-healing behaviour.
