废弃线路板回收稀贵金属的预处理技术
Pre-treating Technology for Recycling the Noble Metal from Waste PCBs
【摘要】 从环保、高效、低投入角度出发,提出了一种废弃线路板的预处理技术,对印刷线路板采用“两步粉碎”及“两步分离”的方法进行金属与非金属的分离。通过成分分析得出不同金属的分布规律;比较不同冶炼方法的熔炼效果,获得混合金属的熔炼温度在1100~1200℃,并得出在冶炼时添加高温防氧化覆层能够提高抗氧化性能;而对于较难熔炼的细小金属粉末,添加一定量的粗铜后进行冶炼,能够改善其冶炼性能。该预处理技术能够得到湿法冶金的初级产品,满足从废弃线路板中分类回收金属、尤其稀贵金属的要求。
【Abstract】 In view of environmental protection,highly efficiency,and low cost,one method which was used for pre-treating PCB scrap was introduced.Metals were separated from PCBs by the methods of “two-step crush” and “two-step separation”.The distribution of different metals in these waste PCBs was investigated.Comparing the smelting effects of the different smelting methods,the melting range of metal mixture is between 1 100~1 200℃,and adding anti-oxidation coating can improve the non-oxidizability of metals while smelting.Meanwhile,adding some copper into the fine metal particles can improve their smelting ability.After pre-treating,the primary product for hydrometallurgy can be obtained,so that metals,especially precious metals,can be recycled respectively.
