【Abstract】 Not only is the industrialization of the scientific and technological achievements a direct way to convert the scientific and technological resources into economic profits,but it can also improve the transformation of the scientific research achievements into the real productivity,and the effective financing is a must in this industrialization.The research institutes and academies of Henan Province are the key resources of the scientific and technological innovation.According to the necessity of the industrialization for the research institutes and academies of Henan,we point out the countermeasure against the problems in the financing after analyzing seriously the financing situation and environment during this industrialization.更多还原
