1025t/h锅炉变煤种燃烧适应性试验研究

【摘要】 国产引进型1025 t/h锅炉在燃烧神府东胜烟煤时出现严重的结焦现象,影响锅炉正常运行,通过分析研究在单烧和掺烧其他煤种的基础上,重点对4种混煤进行了燃烧特性试验,得出了富动21混煤能满足锅炉燃烧的要求,对改善炉内结渣有较大作用.经过实际运行考验,该煤种掺烧完全能满足锅炉各种工况要求,同时也确保锅炉安全和经济的运行.

【Abstract】 Serious coking occurs in combustion of the 1025 t/h boiler made in China using the soft coal mined in Shenfu Dongsheng.This phenomenon of coking influences the normal operation.With the research of burning one kind of coal separately and burning mixed coal,and the combustion characteristics experiment using 4 kinds of different mixed coal,conclusion is drawn that the mixed coal named Fudong21 is the right kind of fuel.Fudong21 can reduce coking in the boiler,and attains the demand of the combustion.In practice,this kind of mixed coal is up to the demand of various work conditions of the boiler,and it ensures the operation of the boiler.
