【Abstract】 Fimbriae is one of the most important pathogenic factors of avian colibacillosis.The characteristics and classification of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC) fimbriae,function and control of its subunit structural gene,and the homology between avian and other animal origins,were summarized in this thesis.It has important meaning to know the relationship between fimbrial subunit structural gene and pathogenicity,and discuss the pathogenicity and distribution of avian Escherichia coli.更多还原
