【摘要】 从上海9家猪场内采集的46只家鼠的血清和组织样品,采用IHA、ELISA和RT-PCR方法对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的抗体及抗原进行了检测,结果均为阴性。由此说明家鼠对这两种病毒不易感,不可能作为PRRSV和CSFV的传播媒介和贮存宿主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum samples and tissue samples were collected from rats trapped from 9 pig farms in Shanghai from March to May 2005.Detection of antibodies and antigens against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) and classical swine fever virus(CSFV) was performed using IHA、ELISA and RT-PCR technique.The results were all negetive,indicated that rats are probably not a reservoir or transmision vector of PRRSV and CSFV.更多还原
