【摘要】 覆盖件成形的关键之一就是冲压成形工艺的设计,能否快速合理的设计出覆盖件的工艺模型,对加快新产品的研发、提高设计效率和制造精度具有重要影响。本文研究和探讨了在UG平台下,利用其提供的二次开发工具,开发了冲压成形工艺设计模块,实现了拉延方向的选择与优化、压料面设计、工艺补充面设计和拉延筋设计,完成了覆盖件的冲压工艺模型设计。更多还原
