冷冲模具的失效形式及其对策分析
Cold Punch Die Failure Type and Countermeasures
【摘要】 模具失效是影响其使用寿命和生产效益的重大技术问题。本文介绍了冷作模具失效的类型,分析了各种失效形式的特点和产生的原因与机理,提出了一些预防模具失效的工艺技术和管理措施,可供模具设计、使用时参考。
【Abstract】 Cold punch die failure type has been introduced with analysis of characteristics of variety of failure and causes and mechanism.Technology and management preventing die from failure have been brought forward for reference to design and use of die.
