金属塑性成形平均摩擦系数与接触压力的关系研究
Research on the Relationship between Average Friction Coefficient and Contact Press in Metal Plastic Forming
【摘要】 介绍了在金属材料的相互滑动过程中平均摩擦系数与接触压力的关系,指出当材料表面的接触压力大到一定程度,其摩擦系数不再符合库仑摩擦定律,此时的摩擦系数不仅与接触表面的材质、表面形貌、润滑状态有关,而且与接触压力有关。摩擦系数随接触压力的增大而减少,当然此时的摩擦力随接触压力的增大而增大,但是摩擦力的增大速率小于接触压力的增大速率。金属材料的塑性成形工艺可以使用“平均摩擦系数”的概念,但是不应该使用库仑摩擦定律。
【Abstract】 In the process of metal material reciprocal rubbing,friction coefficient no longer corresponds to Coulomb theory with the increase of contact press on material surface.It is not only related to the characteristics of surface in contact,surface topography and lubricating state,but also to contact press.With the increment of contact press, friction coefficient decreases and the friction power increases.But its increasing velocity is lower than that of contact press.Average friction coefficient should be used in metal plastic deforming process,rather than Coulomb theory.
