热处理对铝合金电极性能的影响
Effect of thermal treatment on electrochemical performance of aluminum alloy electrode
【摘要】 研究了固熔处理和回火处理对铝合金电极在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学性能的影响。运用电子扫描电镜(SEM)对铝合金电极进行了形貌分析,通过稳态极化曲线研究了铝合金电极在NaCl溶液中的电化学活性。结果表明,经过固熔处理后,铝合金电极的电化学活性得到显著提高,但自腐蚀速率加快。经过500℃固熔处理6h后,再在150℃回火8h的铝合金电极,不仅电化学活性高而且自腐蚀速率也低。
【Abstract】 The influence of solution treatment and tempering treatmant on aluminum alloy electrodes were studied in 3.5% NaCl solution respectively. Morphologies aluminum alloy electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical activity of the aluminum alloy electrodes were studied in 3.5% NaCl solution by using steady-state polarization curves. The results show that the electrochemical performance of aluminum alloy electrodes is improved markedly after solution treatment, but the self-corrupt speed of electrodes is accelerated. After aluminum alloy electrodes were treated at 500 ℃ for 6 h and then annealed at 150 ℃ for 8 h, not only the electrochemical performance of electrodes increased, but also the self-corrode speed of electrodes depressed.
