锆离子掺杂对LiFePO4电化学性能的影响
Effect of Zr~(4+)doping on electrochemical performance of LiFePO4
【摘要】 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、恒流充放电、交流阻抗等方法研究了锆离子掺杂对LiFePO4结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,少量锆离子掺杂不会影响LiFePO4的结构,却显著地改善了LiFePO4的电化学性能。以0.1C电流放电,掺杂锆离子的LiFePO4样品其比容量达到147.2mAh·g-1,当放电倍率提高至1C时,放电比容量仍有132.1mAh·g-1。
【Abstract】 The effect of Zr4+ doping on structure and electrochemical performance of LiFePO4 was investigated by using XRD,SEM,AC impedance and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments.The results showed that LiFePO4 doped with Zr4+ had a well-crystallized olivine type structure and excellent electrochemical properties,its specific capacity reached 147 mAh·g-1,132 mAh·g-1 at 0.1 C and 1 C discharge rate respectively.
