黄铁矿薄膜电极在热电池中的应用
Applications of pyrite films cathode in thermal battery
【摘要】 在不锈钢片上电镀一层铁膜,再把镀铁薄膜与S密封于石英玻璃管中并在400℃温度下进行热处理使Fe薄膜转化为硫化铁薄膜,应用X射线衍射(XRD)仪分析证明转化膜为黄铁矿结构,能谱仪测试得到样品S/Fe的比率为2.0。并把样品组成单体热电池,此热电池可以在500~750mA/cm2电流密度范围内进行单体电池放电,放电容量达147.0mAh/(cm2·mm)以上。
【Abstract】 Iron films have been electrodeposited on stainless foils.The deposited iron films were sealed in ampules with sulfur powder,then were heat-treated at 400 ℃ to be converted to pyrite films.The structure of the films was proved to be pyrite by XRD,and the S/Fe ration was 2.0 obtained from EDX analysis.The composed thermal batteries could discharge at 500-750 mA/cm2,and the capacity was up to 147.0 mAh/(cm2m).
