电动汽车的铅酸蓄电池快速脉冲充电系统
The research about quick pulse charge system of lead-acid battery for electric vehicle
【摘要】 在分析脉冲充电理论的基础上,采用脉宽调制技术,设计了电动汽车用铅酸蓄电池快速充电器。实验表明:与传统的恒流-恒压充电技术比较,脉冲充电技术具有充电时间短,充电效率高的优点。因此在电动汽车中采用脉冲充电方式能有效缓解铅酸蓄电池的极化现象,从而达到良好的充电效果。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory analysis of pulse charge,quick charger of lead-acid batter for electric vehicle is designed to adjust pulse width automatically.Comparing with constant current-constant voltage charging mode,pluse charge technology have shorter charging time,higher charging efficiency and lower temperature increasing during the charging process.As a result,the battery polarization is reduced efficiently.
