锂离子电池正极材料Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O化合物研究
Development of Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compounds of Lithium ion battery cathode materials
【摘要】 3G时代的数码产品和电动汽车要求锂离子电池具有高比容量、高循环性能、低成本和环保的特点,Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O化合物就是在这种趋势下开发出来潜在替代LiCoO2的锂离子电池正极材料,且近年来成为研究热点。综述了Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O化合物作为锂离子电池正极材料的研究,同时以LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2为例介绍该系列化合物的结构研究情况。重点阐述了Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O化合物的合成方法、Li:M(eMe=Ni+Co+Mn)对其性能的影响、Me在该化合物中的作用,最后介绍了Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O化合物的表面处理与掺杂研究进展情况和应用前景。
【Abstract】 Lithium ion battery is required with some special character by the 3G product and electron vehicle (EV) or hybrid electron vehicle (HEV) .These characters are the higher capacity and the longer cycle life, the lower cost, noharm to environment. Under this trend, Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compound are exploited for the cathode materials of LIB (lithium ion battery), which take place of LiCoO2 latently. The development of Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compound was summarized in the paper, which structure was recommended as taking LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2for example. The synthesize method of Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compound and the effect of Li:Me(Me= Ni+Co+Mn)and Me on its character, the function of Ni and Co, Mn in the Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compound were explained. At last, the surface modification and doping of Li-Ni-Co-Mn-O compound and its application prospect were discussed in the thesis.
