钒复合氧化物作热电池正极材料的可行性研究
Feasibility of the vanadium oxides composite (LVO) as the thermal battery’s cathode material
【摘要】 钒复合氧化物材料LVO成分为LiV2O5+4VO2。LVO主要由大量结晶度很高的10mm左右的片状和块状体组成,其中还杂有非常细小的絮状材料。LVO材料中比较适宜的导电添加剂是粒径在0.17~0.70mm之间的超细银粉和LiF·LiCl·LiBr熔融盐。与LVO材料比较匹配的是电解质LiF·LiCl·LiBr·MgO。当使用14.3%(质量百分比)超细银粉、LiF·LiCl·LiBr·MgO电解质、放电电流密度小于600mA/cm2时,纯LVO的平均输出容量超过120.0mAh/(g电压截止1.7V)。放电电流密度为400mA/cm2时,钒复合氧化物LVO的空载电压为2.43V,放电电压为2.32V,比同等条件下FeS2正极的电压高了0.4V。LVO和VOC材料中不能使用有副反应发生的胶体石墨和超细镍粉作导电添加剂。钒复合氧化物LVO与合适的导电添加剂、电解质匹配后,可以用于设计一些工作时间短、对容量输出要求不高、但高度尺寸严格受限制的热电池。
【Abstract】 The vanadium oxides composite (LVO)’s main component is (LiV2O5+4VO2). the LVO consists of clump and flake crystal, which size is proximately 10μm. the suitable electrical additive are super fine Ag powder and LiF·LiCl·LiBr molten salt in LVO cathode. Wich electrolyte is LiF·LiCl·LiBr·MgO. When added 14.3 per cent super fine Ag powder in LVO cathode, plus LiF·LiCl·LiBr·MgO electrolyte the loaded current density was no more than 600 mA/cm2, the pure LVO cathode’s capacity surpassed 120.0 mAh/g. When loaded with 400 mA/cm2, the open circle voltage of the LVO cathode reached 2.43 V, the loaded voltage was 2.32 V, which were higher 0.4 V than that of the FeS2 cathode. The super fine Ni powder and the graphite powder can not be used as the electrical additive in the LVO and VOC cathodes, which can react with LiV2O5 and VO2. Matehed wich the appropriate electrical additive and the electrolyte, the LVO and VOC cathodes can be used to design some thermal batteries required for short operation time and low specific capacity but strictly restricted. volume
