共聚改性制备聚丙烯酸锂基固态聚合物电解质

【摘要】 采用溶液共聚的方法,在聚丙烯酸锂(PAALi)基体上引入具有高介电常数的丙烯腈(AN)和具有链柔顺性的丙烯酸丁酯(BA)结构单元,合成了P(AALi-AN-BA)共聚物,将其与低温共熔盐LiX(LiClO4-LiNO3-LiBr共熔盐)混合并熔融得到高盐固态聚合物电解质P(AALi-AN-BA)/LiX。红外光谱,差热,热重和交流阻抗等技术表征的结果表明:较PAALi相比,P(AALi-AN-BA)具有更好的成膜性,溶解性和热稳定性。P(AALi-AN-BA)/LiX的电导率比PAALi/LiX在较宽温度范围内都有明显提高。当P(AALi-AN-BA)与LiX的质量百分比为25∶75时,得到的电解质室温电导率可达7.51×10-5S·cm-1(20℃)。

【Abstract】 The monomers of acrylonitrile(AN) with high dielectric constant and butyl acrylate(BA) with flexibility were introduced into the base of poly(lithium acrylate)(PAALi),and terpolymer of AALi,AN and BA was synthesized by solution copolymerization in methanol.Then a new tape of polymer-in-salt electrolyte(PISE) based on P(AALi-AN-BA) with low-melting-point eutectic lithium salts(LiX) consisted of LiClO4,LiNO3 and LiBr was prepared.The PISE was characterized by measurements of IR,differential thermal analysis(DTA),thermogravimetry(TG) and AC impedance spectroscopy.Compared with PAALi ,the film performance,solubility and thermal stability of P(AALi-AN-BA) were improved obviously.The higher ionic conductivity of P(AALi-AN-BA)/LiX than that of PAALi/LiX can be obtained at a wide rage of temperature.The maximal conductivity of the PISE (7.51×10-5S·cm-1)was found at room temperature(20 ℃) with the mass ratio of P(AALi-AN-BA) equal to 25.
