【摘要】 采用固相反应合成出锂离子电池负极材料Li4Ti5O12。考察了两种原料混合方法以及掺杂石墨对产品性能的影响。对产品进行了XRD(X射线衍射)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)及电化学性能测试研究。结果表明,球磨混合原料的方法制备出的Li4Ti5O12颗粒更均匀,具有更好的电化学性能;掺杂石墨后,产品的大电流充放电性能得到改善。

【Abstract】 Li4Ti5O12 compound has been synthesized via the solid phase reaction method. The influence of the materials’ mixing method and doping graphite upon electrochemical properties of Li4Ti5O12 has been studied. The investigation of XRD(X-ray diffraction), SEM(Scanning Electron Micrography) and the determination of electrochemical properties show that the Li4Ti5O12 powders prepared by ball-mill mixing the materials almost have the same size and have excellent electrochemical performance. The electrochemical performance at heavy current of the product has been improved by doping graphite.
