超级电容器储能单元的设计分析
Design of supercapacitors tank
【摘要】 基于超级电容器简化模型,考虑等效串联内阻在释能过程中对储存能量的影响,针对超级电容器用于小电流放电的场合,提出了用能量约束法分析计算超级电容器储能模块的方案。针对超级电容器用于高功率、大电流的储能场合,提出了功率约束法来分析计算超级电容器储能模块的方案。通过实例对能量约束法的设计结果进行了分析,对功率约束法的设计结果进行了仿真计算。结果表明,以能量约束法和功率约束法设计超级电容器模块,在满足输出能量和功率的前提下,可以得到优化的设计方案。
【Abstract】 Based on the industrial application model of supercapacitor,if less current is charged,energy restriction way can be applied to decide the size of supercapacitors bank.When effect of equivalent series resistance(ESR)is impossible to ignore during the process of great current and high power released,power restriction way is applied.The principles on how to decide the size of supercapacitors bank to meet both the energy and power requirement are given.Finally,the theoretical formulations are verified by simulated.
