四元甲醇氧化电催化剂的组合化学法筛选
High-throughput screening of PtRuSnW quaternary electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation
【摘要】 采用组合化学法在一片碳纸上制备了220个不同组分的催化剂(称为组合催化剂库),各催化剂的组成是Pt、Ru、Sn和W4种金属的不同组合。以此载有组合催化剂库的碳纸作为阳极,用紫外激发荧光法对组合催化剂库中的所有组分进行高通量筛选,以期找到对于甲醇氧化活性较高的组分。结果发现,在组合催化剂库中,含铂的二元、三元和四元催化剂里均有活性高于铂的组分,Pt(44)Ru(56)、Pt(89)Sn(11)和Pt(45)Ru(33)Sn(11)W(11)的活性较高,其中,Pt(44)-Ru(56)活性最高,RuW二元组分的活性也高于纯铂。半电池和单体电池测量结果与组合化学方法的结果一致。
【Abstract】 Combinatorial array of 220 unique electrodes,which were composed of different combinations of four elements,i.e.Pt,Ru,Sn and W,were prepared on one sheet of carbon paper.High-throughput optical screening of the electrode array was perfor-med towards methanol oxidation,in order to identify compositions with higher activity.The results showed that compositions with higher activity existed in Pt based binaries,ternaries and quaternaries.Pt(44)Ru(56),Pt(89)Sn(11)and Pt(45)Ru(33)Sn(11)-W(11)catalysts had higher activities than pure Pt.Among these,Pt(44)Ru(56)presented the highest activity.Some compositions of RuW binary also had higher activity than Pt.The results of half cell and single cell test were consistent with that of combinatorial experiment.
