废锌锰电池中锌的真空回收处理

【摘要】 应用真空法研究了回收废锌锰电池中锌的规律,探讨了温度、压强、蒸馏时间对锌回收效果的影响,并研究了CaO的量对锌回收量的影响。实验表明:向废锌锰电池中加入其质量1/5的CaO可较完全地将ZnCl2转化为ZnO;然后加热到800~900℃,在一定压强范围内可真空还原ZnO,所得金属锌和电池原有金属锌在高温下挥发冷凝回收。此法回收率高,渣中的锌含量可低至0.06%,而且实现各种状态的锌如ZnO、ZnCl2和Zn都以锌金属回收。

【Abstract】 The possibility of removal zinc in waste acid manganese dioxide-zinc cells by a vacuum system was studied, and the effect of temperature, pressure and distilled time on the course of the elimination of zinc was investigated. And CaO influence on recycling zinc was researched. We crashed batteries, added CaO and mixed them, heated them under the condition of 800-900 ℃ and vacuum. The zinc was recovered with a high recycling rate, and the concentration of zinc in treated batteries was less than 0.06%.
