PC作电解质组分的锂离子蓄电池高低温性能

【摘要】 研究比较了含和不含碳酸丙稀酯(PC)两种电解液的063048型锂离子蓄电池的循环性能、高温和低温放电性能。结果表明,室温下两种电解液的电池初始容量和循环稳定性相似,两种电解液的电池都表现出良好的循环性能,循环50次后电池容量都保持在95%以上。电池的高低温性能测试结果表明,含PC比不含PC组分电解液的电池在70℃的高温下和-10℃的低温下放电容量高得多。70℃和-10℃下,不含PC电解液的电池容量分别只有室温时的46%和68%,而含PC电解液的电池容量分别保持在78%和87%。

【Abstract】 The cyclic performance and high-low temperature discharge performance of 063048 Li-ion batteries using electrolyte with and without PC were studied. It is found that both of the cells with and without PC show good performance of initial capacity and cyclic stability at room temperature, the capacity of both cells keep over 95% after 50 cycles. However, the cell with the electrolyte containing PC has higher discharging capacity than the cell without PC under high and low temperature. The cell with the electrolyte without PC at 70 ℃ and -10 ℃ has only 46% and 68%, respectively, of the capacity at room temperature, while the cell with the electrolyte containing PC has 78% and 87% respectively.
