共烧陶瓷多层基板表面缺陷视觉检测方法研究
Research on the Approach of Visual Inspection of Co-Fired Ceramic Substrates Defective
【摘要】 介绍了共烧陶瓷多层基板自动光学检测系统中的计算机视觉检测识别的研究,重点介绍了基板图像的采集、预处理、缺陷图像的提取和分类识别方法等文中提出了一种基于多模板比较和链码跟踪识别的缺陷分类识别算法。实验表明,该算法运算简单,运行速度较快,故障识别率高。
【Abstract】 This paper describe research of automatic optics inspection of Co-Fired Ceramic substrates on using computer visual inspection. This paper mainly focus on the snapping image of substrates, image pretreatment, fault detective and classification. A multi-model comparison and chain code tracking method is applied in this system. Experimental results indicate that the recognition speed and inspection range is greatly enhanced.
