电触头钎焊质量超声成像无损检测研究与评价
Study and Evaluate on Ultrasonic Imaging Nondestructive Testing System for Quality of Electrical Contact
【摘要】 借助于超声C扫描、图像处理、数字控制技术和计算机技术等,研究开发了超声成像无损检测系统,实现了钎焊质量检测的自动化、图形化,从而克服了传统钎焊质量检测方法的诸多弊端,显著提高钎焊电触头的检测精度及检测结果的可靠性,对控制电触头钎焊质量具有极其重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonic imaging NDT system have been developed, with C-scan, image processing, numerical control techniques and computer techniques.Automation and imaging of braze quality testing are realized.Disadvantages of traditional braze quality testing methods have overcome. Precision efficiency and reliability of testing are risen greatly. It is very important system to control braze quality.
