大型开关电器试验站计算机监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 介绍了国内某大型开关电器试验站的特点,设计了以工控机为上位机、PLC为下位机的开关电器试验监控系统。详细分析了基于WinCC的上位机监控软件的设计思路和试验控制流程,叙述了通过试验选择流程实现试验线路和动作开关等参数灵活配置的方法,介绍了上位机和下位机的数据交换等编程问题。所开发的监控软件界面友好、操作方便,实现了开关电器试验的灵活控制和可视化。

【Abstract】 The capacity and feature of a large-sized switched apparatus station are presented in this paper. A monitoring and control system is designed for this station with industrial PC as upper computer and PLC as lower computer. The testing process and programming philosophy of switch apparatus testing are discussed in detail. WinCC configuration software with a human-machine interface (HMI) is used to select the testing circuit and acting switches of switch apparatus flexibly, and monitor the dynamical testing process. The data exchange is also described between upper and lower computer. The monitoring and control system has been run successfully in the field.
