基于虚拟仪器测试技术在可燃气体探测器自动化生产线中的应用
Application of Testing Technique Based on Virtual Instrument for Automatic Production Line of Flammable Gas Detector
【摘要】 针对基于虚拟仪器的测试技术在可燃气体探测器自动化批量生产加工中的应用,给出了系统的总体方案,构建了系统模型,阐述了系统硬件和软件的设计结构。软件分析及测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,为探测器生产厂家提供了理想的测试工具,有效地支持了产品的批量生产。
【Abstract】 The application of testing technique based on virtural instrument for automatic batch production of flammable gas detector,the overall design and model of the system and the design construction of the hardware and software were presented in details. The results of software analysis and testing indicate that the system runs smoothly and provides a good testing method for batch production of gas detector effectively.
