考虑器壁侵蚀影响的空气电弧特性仿真研究

【摘要】 考虑电弧的物理参数、电磁及热和辐射现象,应用商用计算流体力学软件Phoen ics对其进行二次开发,建立了低压断路器中空气电弧等离子体的三维磁流体动力学(MHD)数学模型。分析了电弧初始位置对于电弧运动的影响。基于PA6-6产气材料和电弧相互作用的实验数据及混合电弧的传输及热动参数,研究了产气材料对于电弧特性的影响。结果表明,产气材料的存在使得电弧直径收缩,电弧电压升高。

【Abstract】 Taking account of the physical properties of the arc and the electromagnetic,heat and radiative phenomena,commercial computational fluid dynamics software Phoenics has been adapted and modified to develop the three-dimensional magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD) model of arc in a low voltage circuit breaker.The effect of arc ignition location on the arc motion was analyzed firstly.Then based on the experimental data of the interaction between PA6-6 and arc,and the transport and thermo-dynamic properties of gas composition,the effects of the gassing material on arc behavior were investigated.The analysis of the results shows that the existence of the gassing material benefits to improve the arc voltage and reduce the arc diameter.
