【摘要】 目的研究不同剂量碘酸钾对大鼠脾淋巴细胞生长的影响。方法以体外培养大鼠脾淋巴细胞为研究对象,给予碘酸钾正常量的10、100、500倍培养后,观察淋巴细胞生长、集落形成及细胞学变化。同时运用流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞周期变化。结果含碘500倍(高碘)组的CD4+/CD8+与正常对照组相比降低,淋巴细胞增殖反应能力增强,对淋巴细胞生长具有明显的促进作用(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论细胞培养液中含碘量高时(高碘组)可造成淋巴细胞免疫功能紊乱,机体存在自体免疫性疾病和肿瘤发生的危险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the infection of growth of mice spleen’s lymphocyte initiated by differ dosage kalium iodic acid.Methods The sample is mice splleen lymphocyte,investigate it’s growth acid colony and diversity cultivate outside with differ dosage Kalium iodic acid normal amount of 10,100,500 times.Results The high group’s(500 time’s Kalium iodic acid)CD4~+/CD8~+is lower than nomal control group,but it’s reproductivity is enhanced(P<0.01).There are statistical meanings.Conclusions The function of lymphocyte will be disorder when cultivated with the high group(500 time).更多还原
