【摘要】 目的了解吉林省居民户碘盐的质量状况。方法按照卫生部下发的《全国第五次碘缺乏病监测实施意见》的要求进行监测。结果吉林省居民户碘盐均数为31.1 mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率为96.0%,碘盐覆盖率为99.6%,居民户碘盐质量逐年提高。不同盐种碘盐比较存在显著差异(0.01<P<0.02)。结论吉林省在2000年实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标后,碘盐供应质量基本稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt in households in Jilin Province.Methods IDD survey was carried out accordding to the "Plan of the Fifth National IDD survey" issued by Ministry of Health,PRC.Results The median of iodized salt was 31.1 mg/kg,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.0%,the coverage rate was 99.6%,The quality of iodized salt at households has been increased year by year.Conclusion The quality of iodized salt has been maintained in stable level since elimination goal of IDD was achieved in 2000 in Jilin Province.更多还原
