【摘要】 目的了解鼠疫、假结核、小肠结肠炎和中间型耶尔森氏菌抗原抗体在免疫血清学中是否存在相关性?方法用四种耶尔森氏活菌分别或混合家兔耳静脉注射4次获得高效价抗血清,用鼠疫FI抗原和其他耶尔森氏菌全菌冻溶和耐热抗原,作鼠疫RIP试验和抑制试验。结果RIP仅能检出鼠疫菌单独或混合其他菌抗血清中的特异性FI抗体,FI抗原能完全抑制EV株、A2株和A2株混合其他耶尔森氏菌抗血清中的特异性抗体,假结核、小肠结肠炎、中间型耶尔森氏菌冻溶抗原对EV株抗血清抑制2~3管,对A2株混合不同耶尔森氏菌的抗血清不能抑制,假结核耐热抗原对EV株抗血清能抑制6~7管,对A2株混合其他耶尔森氏菌抗血清抑制2管。结论FI抗原对三种耶尔森氏菌抗体没有相关性,其他3种耶尔森氏菌冻溶抗原对EV株、A2株抗体有一定的相关性,而伪F2、519、520株耐热抗原对EV株抗体有较强亲缘相关性,对A2株抗体仅有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relativity of four Yersiniaes’ antigen and antibody. Methods Rabbits were immunized by Yersinia alone or four Yersiniaes mixed,then the serum was tested by FI and other Yersiniaes’ antigen with RIP. Results Antibodies of EV、A₂ and A₂ mixed with other Yersiniaes were founded.EV antigen was restrained by FI antigen,Yersinia Pseudotuberculosis antigen, Yersinia enterocolitica antigen and Yersinia intermedia antigen.A₂ and A₂ mixed with other Yersiniaea’ antigen weren′t restrained by Yersinia Pseudotuberclosis antigen,Yersinia enterocolitica antigen and Yersinia intermedia antigen.Conclusions Yersinia Peseudotuberculosis antibody,Yersinia enterocolitica antibody and Yersinia intermedia antibody didn′t relate to FI antigen,and the three Yersiniaes’ antigen had some certain relativity with EV antibody and A₂ antibody,and F₂、519、520 antigen had stronger relativity with EV antibody,but only had some certain relativity with A₂ antibody.更多还原
