【Abstract】 This article has analyzed the factors that affect the graphite structure of the centrifugal nodular cast iron sleeve.By adopting the distribution ratio of optimized composition,adding alloy elements Mo&Cu;and then with secondary inoculation adding microelement Bi;as well as the forced cooling pouring process combined the water cooling and air cooling,the quantity of graphite can be increased,which improved the distribution evenness of the graphite.更多还原
