【Abstract】 During the 10th 5-year Plan period, fifty-four libraries take part in the project of CALIS Subject Gateway and creat the metadata records of Internet resources all together. In order to keep the consistency in selecting and describing resources, standards and specifications are made. In this paper discusses standards and specifications applied for CALIS Subject Gateway project such as selection criteria, metadata format, cataloguing rules, resource type and classification scheme.更多还原
