高校图书馆信息用户心理分析及服务举措
Psychological analysis of the users in the college libraries and service measurements
【摘要】 论述了网络环境下高校图书馆信息用户心理需求的特点及以用户为中心,开展网络化信息服务的新举措。
【Abstract】 The paper expounds the characteristics of informational psychological demands of the users and the user-centered services in the college libraries;and presents some new methods and channels to develop the Internet information service to meet the needs of the users.
