【摘要】 需求对于图书馆而言具有两个层面的意义——需求驱动与需求拉动。一方面是需求对于图书馆发展的驱动作用,图书馆为了适应和满足需求而不断改进工作,不断发展;另一方面,图书馆为了维护需求这一发展的原动力,保证其旺盛的驱动力,又必须努力拉动需求,激发需求,从而在不断涌现的新的需求驱动下,实现图书馆的良性循环和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 So far as the needs of the libraries are concerned,there are two aspects,which are need-drive and need-pull.One refers to the needs of the readers that play a role in driving the libraries to develop healthily and swiftly,while the other refers to the needs of the libraries that play the role in pulling the libraries to better their service work to satisfy their readers.This paper discusses the relationships between the need-drive and the need-pull in the development of libraries.Only when the libraries maintain the motive force,guarantee the vigorous impetus,can they maintain a virtuous cycle and sustained development in the service work.更多还原
