【Abstract】 Insulin-like growth factor-I is an important mediator of anabolism,mitosis and apoptosis of cell.IGF-I is expressed in organism of sows or gilts,and involved in development of embryo during early gestation.Concentration of IGF-I and expression of IGF-I mRNA are affected by levels of nutrition.In this article,the expressive characters of IGF-I and IGF-I mRNA in ovary,oviduct and uterus of sows or gilts are reviewed,and the nutritional regulation on their expression and possible mechanism are emphasized.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2006,18(Suppl):341-346]更多还原
