【Abstract】 Dietary fiber possesses manifold physical-chemical characteristics.In diets of pregnant sows,supplementation with proper dietary fiber could improve the reproductive performance,reduce the incidence of stereotypic behavior,prevent constipation and reduce the incidence of periparturient hypogalactic syndrome of sows.Definition,physical-chemical characteristics of dietary fiber,beneficial influences and adverse effects of dietary fiber on reproductive performance,behavior and health level of sows,and possible mechanisms of action were mainly stated in this article.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2006,18(Suppl):334-340]更多还原
