【Abstract】 The paper reviewed the principle of lipid metabolism and the reason of fatty liver of fish,compared with livestock and poultry,and pointed out the regulation rule of lipids metabolism for fish by controlling the synthesis of triglyceride and enhancing the transport of hepatic fat.All of those were very important for us to understand the difference in lipid nutrition between fish and livestock or poultry,improve the balance of diet nutrition more exactly,promote the growth and prevent fatty liver in fish.更多还原
