【摘要】分析并讨论了La_1．6-xNd_0．4Sr_x CuO₄系列单相性样品（x=0．08～0．25）的晶体结构和超导电性。结果表明,晶体结构随着Sr掺杂量的变化规律与La_2-xSr_x CuO₄系列相似。超导电性方面,La_1．6-xNd_0．4Sr_x CuO₄系列超导转变温度均远小于相应的La_2-xSr_xCuO₄系列组分。同La_1．875Ba_0．125CuO₄相似,La_1．48Nd_0．4Sr_0．12CuO₄处出现显著的极小值8K但高于La_1．875Ba_0．125CuO₄。La_1．6-xNd_0．4Sr_x CuO₄系列的超导电性明显与La_2-xSr_x CuO₄系列有着不同的特性,虽然同La_2-x Ba_xCuO₄系列相似但仍有区别。我们从其晶体结构的反常变化的角度对La_1．6-xNd_0．4Sr_x CuO₄系列反常的超导电性做了初步的解释。更多还原

【Abstract】 The microstructure and superconductivity were systematically studied for La_1.6-x Nd_0.4 Sr_x CuO₄ system （x=0.08～0. 25） with excellent phase structures.Change in the microstructure with the increase of Sr doped content resembles La_2-xSr_xCuO₄ sys- tem.T_c is more lower than La₍2-x_Sr_xCuO₄ system with same Sr doped content,T_c of La_1.48 Nd_0.4 Sr_0.12CuO₄ is 8K which is higher than La_1.88Ba_0.12CuO₄.The superconductivity of La_1.6-xNd_0.4Sr_xCuO₄ system obviously differs from La_x-xSr_xCuO₄ system;although resembles La_2-xSr_xCuO₄ system,the differences still exist.Abnormal mierostrueture explains the superconductivity of La_1.6-xNd_0.4 Sr_xCuO₄ system.更多还原
