La1.6-xNd0.4SrxCuO4超导电性的反常特性
Abnormal properties in superconductivity of La1.6-xNd0.4SrxCuO4 system
【摘要】 分析并讨论了La1.6-xNd0.4Srx CuO4系列单相性样品(x=0.08~0.25)的晶体结构和超导电性。结果表明,晶体结构随着Sr掺杂量的变化规律与La2-xSrx CuO4系列相似。超导电性方面,La1.6-xNd0.4Srx CuO4系列超导转变温度均远小于相应的La2-xSrxCuO4系列组分。同La1.875Ba0.125CuO4相似,La1.48Nd0.4Sr0.12CuO4处出现显著的极小值8K但高于La1.875Ba0.125CuO4。La1.6-xNd0.4Srx CuO4系列的超导电性明显与La2-xSrx CuO4系列有着不同的特性,虽然同La2-x BaxCuO4系列相似但仍有区别。我们从其晶体结构的反常变化的角度对La1.6-xNd0.4Srx CuO4系列反常的超导电性做了初步的解释。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and superconductivity were systematically studied for La1.6-x Nd0.4 Srx CuO4 system (x=0.08~0. 25) with excellent phase structures.Change in the microstructure with the increase of Sr doped content resembles La2-xSrxCuO4 sys- tem.Tc is more lower than La(2-xSrxCuO4 system with same Sr doped content,Tc of La1.48 Nd0.4 Sr0.12CuO4 is 8K which is higher than La1.88Ba0.12CuO4.The superconductivity of La1.6-xNd0.4SrxCuO4 system obviously differs from Lax-xSrxCuO4 system;although resembles La2-xSrxCuO4 system,the differences still exist.Abnormal mierostrueture explains the superconductivity of La1.6-xNd0.4 SrxCuO4 system.
