直冷电冰箱节能技术研究

【摘要】 设计出冷冻室高效蒸发器,采用横、竖盘管混排结构冷凝器及防凝露管节能设计,实施了双稳态电磁阀控制的高效制冷循环,分析并匹配了NBM III6Y高效压缩机,使用环保节能制冷剂HC-600 a,应用双重门封及门一体发泡技术,采用复合绝热体设计等措施,研制的BCD-188CHS电冰箱最大负荷日耗电0.39度,节能状态下达0.31度。能效等级达我国1级、欧洲A++级。回收期1.8年。

【Abstract】 High efficiency evaporator with chilling chamber was designed.It adopted composite cross-vertical coil condenser and moist-proof tube which save energy.High efficiency cooling cycle controlled by bistable magnetic valve was implemented.This paper analyzed,matched high efficiency compressor NBMIII6Y,applied green energy-saving refrigerant HC-600a,and utilized double doorseal and integrated door foaming technology.Compound isolator was used.The power consumption of BCD-188CHS refrigerator designed by us is 0.39 kW.h per day in peak load,0.31kW.h in energy-saving state.Energy efficiency level accesses Class 1 standard in China,A++ standard in Europe,and recovery period spans 1.8 years.
