750kV输变电示范工程单相人工接地故障试验现场实测和计算分析

【摘要】 简述了国家电网公司750kV输变电示范工程750kV官亭—兰州东线单相人工接地试验的试验方法,分析了导致750kV线路工频电气参数实测值与理论计算值存在差异的原因。将短路电流、潜供电流和恢复电压的实测数据与调试前数字仿真预测结果相比较,分析了产生计算偏差的原因,并用电磁暂态计算程序再现了单相接地试验结果。最后,对不同运行工况和线路补偿度下750kV线路的潜供电流和恢复电压数值进行了预测,并对系统运行和设计提出了相关建议。

【Abstract】 The testing method for artificial single phase grounding test of 750 kV transmission line from Guanting to Lanzhoudong belonging to 750 kV transmission pilot project of State Grid Corporation of China is briefly presented.The reasons leading to the difference between measured values of power frequency parameters of 750 kV transmission line and theoretical calculated values of these parameters are analyzed.Based on the comparison of measured valued of short circuit current,secondary arc current and recovery voltage with these values forecasted by simulation before the test,the reason causing the deviation is researched and by use of Electromagnetic Transients Program-Restructured Version(EMTP-RV)the results of artificial single phase grounding test are reproduced.Finally,the values of secondary arc current and recovery voltage of 750 kV transmission line on different operation mode and different transmission line compensation are forecasted,suggestions relevant to operation and design of 750kV transmission system are proposed.
