【摘要】 在分析了各参与方用电特点的基础上提出了计算其成本效益的方法。首先求出各参与方的益本比(benefit-cost ratio,BCR)与电价优惠率和用户参与率之间的关系,并从中选出使各参与方的利益达到平衡的最优方案,再根据益本比与电价优惠率和用户参与率之间的关系求出临界方案并得到临界优惠率和临界参与率。最后通过算例说明了该方法的实现过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing participants’ power consumption characteristics the authors propose the method to calculate each participant’s cost-benefit. Firstly, the relation of each participant’s benefit-cost ratio (BCR) with concession rate of electricity price and participation rate of participant is solved, then the optimal scheme that makes the interest of each participant balanced is chosen from the obtained solution, and then according the relation among BCR, concession rate of electricity price and participation rate of participant the critical scheme is found out and the critical concession rate of electricity price and participation rate of participant are obtained.
