一种改进的进化规划方法及其在电力系统无功优化中的应用
An Improved Evolutionary Programming Method and Its Application in Power System Reactive Power Optimization
【摘要】 分析了一种广泛应用的进化规划方法的不足并对其进行了改进,使之符合一条变异幅度变化规律:变异幅度在进化开始阶段应相对较大以搜索尽量广的范围,然后应动态或自适应地减小,最后应足够小以使进化过程稳定收敛。利用改进后的方法对IEEE 14节点、IEEE 30节点和IEEE 57节点系统进行了无功优化计算,结果表明改进后的方法远比改进前优秀,变异幅度变化规律对设计好的进化规划方法具有很好的指导意义。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the defects of a widely applied evolutionaly programming (EP) method, the authors propose an improved method according to a mutation magnitude variation rule: the mutation magnitude should be relatively big at the beginning stage of the evolution process to search a scope as wide as possible; then it should decrease dynamicly or adaptively; and at the final stage of the evolution process it should be small enough to ensure stable convergence of the evolution process. Simulations on the reactive power optimization for IEEE 14-bus, 30-bus and 57-bus systems are conducted respectively, and the results show that the improved method is far better than the original method and the mutation magnitude variation rule can play a guiding role in designing good EP method.
