【摘要】 提出了一种将线路投资、走廊费用、电网损耗、缺电损失、输电阻塞以及节点电价等因素的影响转换成社会成本的电力市场环境下的电网优化规划新方法,该方法着重体现了优化规划的市场性,因此具有较强的实用性。将该方法应用于某经典算例进行计算分析,结果表明该方法是合理有效的,并且对市场环境下电网优化规划方案的制定具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of transforming the factors, which includes transmission line investment, corridor cost, network loss, loss caused by power shortage, power transmission congestion and nodal price and influences power grid planning, to social cost, an optimal power grid planning method that is suitable to market environment is proposed. Applying the proposed method to classic case, the results show that this method is rational and effective, and it may play a certain guiding role in drawing up optimal power grid planning in market environment.更多还原
