特高压直流输电对系统安全稳定影响研究

【摘要】 以金沙江一期、锦屏梯级水电基地外送采用特高压直流输电方案为依托,研究了2015年前后大容量直流馈入华东、华中、华北交流同步电网对处于交直流并列运行系统的安全稳定影响。分析了特高压直流发生单一及严重故障时交流输电通道及受端电网承受故障冲击的能力及系统的安全稳定水平;送、受端换流站近区交流系统发生单一或严重故障对直流系统的影响及系统的安全稳定水平;交流通道加装静止无功补偿器(SVC)、系统负荷特性变化、增加直流功率调制功能情况下特高压直流双极闭锁时系统的安全稳定性。

【Abstract】 UHVDC transmission schemes of the chain hydropower stations along Jin Sha River and Ya Long River are studied. Around 2015, East-China, North-China and Central- China synchronous power grid will receive large amounts of power through several UHVDC transmission lines. The impacts of large capacity UHVDC transmission on multi-infeed AC/DC systems are emphasized in the study. The security and stability of whole system and interactions among AC and DC systems are studied under the emergency cases, such as monopolar/bipolar block faults of UHVDC systems and single or double AC faults near UHVDC converter stations. Considering different system conditions, such as installing SVC devices, changing load characteristics or increasing DC power modulation, sensitive analysis of system stability under UHVDC bipolar block faults are also carried out.
