【Abstract】 In the present paper, a new species of Tetrix Latreille is described.Type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology, Shaanxi Normal University.Tetrix albistriatus sp.nov.(Figs.1-3)This new species is allied to Tetrix yizhouensis Zheng et Deng, 2004, but differs in: 1) in profile, costal ridge straight before eyes; 2) in profile, upper margin of pronotum straight; 3) hind process reaching two thirds to four fifths of hind femur; 4) hind wing nearly reaching the top of hind process; 5)disc of pronotum with a white longitudinal stripe; 6) hind tibia black,with 2-3 light rings in the middle.Length of body: ♂ 10mm; ♀11.5-12.0mm. Length of pronotum: ♂8.0mm;♀ 8.0-8.5mm. Length of hind femur: ♂5mm;♀6-7mm.Holotype♀,Yunnan, Pingbian(23°2’N, 103°6’E), 26 July 2005,collected by YAO Yan-Ping. Paratypes: 2♀♀, same data as holotype; 1♀,Yunnan, Maguan, 3 Aug. 2005, collected by YAO Yan-Ping; 1♂,Yunnan,Yanshan, 3 Aug. 2005, collected by YAO Yan-Ping.Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin alb and stri, referring the pronotum with a white stripe.更多还原
