利用配合饲料饲养三角帆蚌的试验
Feeding Freshwater Pearl Mussel with Formulated Feeds
【摘要】 在浙江省褚暨市淡水珍珠业省级科技创新服务中心枫桥实验基地分析了池塘养殖三角帆蚌的营养组成,并通过室内试验检验了利用配合饲料饲养三角帆蚌的效果。试验结果表明:当年孵育和养殖了一年的未插珠三角帆蚌软体水分含量为88.8%~94.8%,软体干物质组成中54.2%~57.2%为蛋白质,3.2%~3.8%为脂肪,33.4%~34.8%为碳水化合物,6.2%~7.2%为灰分,软体氨基酸组成中谷氨酸和天冬氨酸含量最高,其次为亮氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸。用4种配合饲料(F1、F2、F3和F4)饲养当年孵育的三角帆蚌,蚌重量和蚌壳均明显增长,用F3饲养的蚌蚌重和蚌壳增长率高于用豆浆饲养的蚌,而饲料成本低于使用豆浆的成本。用配合饲料和豆浆饲养的蚌蚌重和蚌壳增长率均低于用池塘天然饵料饲养的蚌,表明尚不能用配合饲料和豆浆完全替代池塘天然饵料饲养三角帆蚌。
【Abstract】 Proximate composition and amino profile of freshwater pearl mussel(Hyriopsis cumingii)and the possibility of feeding the mussel with formulated feeds were evaluated in a series of experiments,which were conducted at Fengqiao field station of scientific and technologic innovation center for Zhejiang pearl industry,Zhuji,Zhejiang.Results of the experiments showed tissue moisture content of either 1-year or 2-year mussel was 88.8%94.8%,in the dry matter,tissue protein content was 54.2%57.2%,lipid 3.2%3.8%,carbohydrate 33.4%34.8%,and ash 6.2%7.2%.Aspartic acid and glutamine acid were the highest among the amino acids in tissue amino acid profile,and leucine,lysine and arginine contents were lower.Shell length and total weight of the 1-year mussel fed with 4 formulated feeds(F1,F2,F3and F4)and soybean milk increased significantly in a 3-month feeding experiment,and the mussel fed with the F3 feed showed higher growth rate of shell length and total weight and lower feed cost than the mussel fed with soybean milk.Growth rate of shell length and total weight was lower in the mussel fed with the formulated feeds and soybean milk than those of the mussel fed with the natural diet from a commercial production pond,suggesting the formulated feeds and soybean milk could not be used as substitutes of natural diet in commercial mussel farming.
