【Abstract】 Research on relevant and correct quality assessment of image is very meaningful in image information project, but objective quality assessment of image cannot always be in accordance with human vision. The reduced-reference model is described. This objective assessment method is based on the subjective assessment of HDTV. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is effective.
