宁夏950例中学生心理障碍干预措施
Comprehensive intervention in 950 middle school students with mental disorder in Ningxia
【摘要】 目的:分析宁夏地区心理门诊中学生的心理障碍状况,评价综合干预疗效.方法:对950例心理障碍中学生干预前后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我意识量表(PHSS)、自编的亲子关系互动问卷测试及对比分析.结果:①综合干预总有效率为89.37%.②SCL-90的9个因子分在治疗前、后与历年综合样本三者之间的差异有统计学意义.③PHSS总分和6个因子分在治疗前、后与常模三者之间的差异有统计学意义.④学生亲子关系显著改善.结论:综合心理干预疗效肯定.
【Abstract】 AIM: To know the mental disorder condition of middle school students in Ningxia,and evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention.METHODS: Totally 950 diagnosed patients were tested and analyzed with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90),Piers-Harris Self-concept Scale(PHSS) and Self-designed parent-child relationship questionnaire before and after intervention.RESULTS: The total effective rate of comprehensive intervention was 89.37%.In the scores of 9 factors in SCL-90,there were significant differences among those before and after intervention and those past years’samples.In the total score and the scores of 6 factors in PHSS,there were significant differences among those before and after intervention and those of the norm. Parent-child relationship was improved greatly.CONCLUSION: Comprehensive intervention is effective definitely.
