颅颌面硬组织的数字化三维重建
Rebuilding of digitized three-dimensional model of skull
【摘要】 目的利用头颅定位X线正侧位两张平片重建颅颌面的三维形态.方法选取72个颅面硬组织的骨性标志点,由两张相互垂直的定位头颅正侧位X线片上同一标志点的二维坐标,即可计算出该点的三维坐标.通过B样线条的生成原理拟合出颅颌面硬组织的三维表面.结果通过B样线条的生成原理拟合出了颅颌面硬组织的三维表面,并可以作出基本的旋转及缩放.结论利用头颅定位X线正侧位两张平片可初步重建颅颌面的三维形态,为最终实现三维分析、三维测量奠定了基础.
【Abstract】 AIM: To create a digitized three-dimensional (3D) model of skull by using Broadbent-bolton lateral and frontal biorthogonal radiographic planes. METHODS: 3D landmarks were located from the conventional lateral and posteroanterior cephalograms and 3D model was fitted by using B-Spline curve. RESULTS: Model of 3D-surface of skull was made by B-Spline curve. CONCLUSION: Rebuilding the 3D surface of skull lays the basis for 3D measurement and analysis.
