超低界面张力下甜菜碱型表面活性剂水驱残余油的作用机理

【摘要】 利用甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂,通过可视化微观模型驱油实验,分析了该驱油体系对盲端类残余油、膜状类残余油、柱状类残余油的作用过程,研究了该表面活性剂对这类残余油的启动和运移机理,完善了该表面活性剂体系对微观驱油机理的认识.研究结果表明,在超低界面张力表面活性剂的作用下,孔道的润湿性由油湿变为水湿,且残余油所受毛管力大大降低,启动了盲端类残余油、膜状类残余油和柱状类残余油,使驱油效率大大提高.

【Abstract】 Through the visible microscopic oil-displacement experiment,the displacement process of residual oil in dead-end,prismatic residual oil and residual oil film on the channel wall after water flooding is analyzed by using amphoteric betaine surfactant,the start-up and migration mechanisms of the residual oil are studied,microscopic oil-displacement mechanism cognition of surfactant solution is perfected.The investigation results indicate that the wettability of pore path changes from oil wet to water wet,the capillary force is reduced heavily in ultralow interfacial tension.The residual oil in dead-end,prismatic residual oil and residual oil film are started up,the oil-displacement efficiency increases greatly.
